A few of you probably remember me posting this on SUTORAIKUanime awhile ago, about a manga coming out, right? Well, it is here and finally translated. It is a collaboration between the two manga artist: Takeshi Nogami & Takaaki Suzuki with Dan Kanemitsu giving the English translation.. For those wondering what it is or about it is in reference to Tokyo’s Bill 156; passed in Tokyo restricting the sale of “harmful publications”. You can download this below and please spread it to your friends to read.
