Fairy Tail Chapter 213! |
Posted: 27 Nov 2010 08:19 AM PST Here are my thoughts for the chapter. Do not proceed if you don't wish to be spoiled. Interesting chapter indeed. Mashima fooled all of us! Nah.. to be more precise, he made a good plot twist for the story. First of all, looks like all of them saw the red light and know that it means it’s time for war. But what’s with Kana‘s resolve of continuing the exam even though there’s enemies roaming around? Was finding “that person” really that important? Well we won’t know what’s her secret until Mashima tells us. But I’m really curious about her past, was this exam really that important for her? Besides that, I lol’ed at the dog/goat trying to hide information from Erza, we all know that it won’t work right? Oh..seems like Erza found out that Zeref is in this island. According to that dog/goat, Zeref seems to have lived for 400 years while everyone believed that he was suppose to be dead. Also, “Slumbering state” eh? I wonder how will it be like if Zeref truly awakens? Pretty boy on the outside but ugly monster on the inside? Let’s see then though I really look forward for his awakened state. I bet he has more powerful moves than his current “fart of death” They kept on blabbering about how strong “The seven kin of purgatory” are, and it really makes me having high hopes on them. And I truly hope that they put up a good fight unlike a certain dark guild *cough* Oracion Seis *cough*. On the other hand, we finally get to see what happened to Wendy and Mest, luckily he didn’t do anything perverted at Wendy if you know what I mean . Nevertheless, it was a nice twist by Mashima as we now know that Mest isn’t some random pedobear or a spy sent by Ivan because I’ve always thought he worked for Ivan. Instead, he’s one of the members of the council. Heck, last week some of the guys in the forum even said that he’s one of “The Seven Kin of Purgatory“. Nice job twisting the plot Mashima! But wow, I don’t recall any young mages in the council besides Urtear and Gerard, he must be a new mage or something. It seems that he has teleportation ability, now that explains why he suddenly disappear from the ship at the start of the exam. So we saw the 7th member of “The Seven Kin of Purgatory” which was really bad-ass looking and can even destroy a ship without even touching it. Well, assuming that he didn’t shoot anything. His presence on this island explains why we didn’t saw him on the ship, AND he is definitely not a last minute added character, because we all thought Mest was one of the seven right? PredictionsFrom the next chapter’s tittle “Makarov Charges” I think Makarov will either fight Hades or one of the seven kin of purgatory but I would prefer if he fight Hades. But I will also hope that Mashima shows us a glimpse of the fight between Azuma and Pantherlily, Wendy, Mest and Charle. If Mest wanna stay alive on this arc, he has to choose one side to be on, and it’s most probably going to be Fairy Tail. Shut down Fairy Tail my ass! By the end of this arc, he would say ” Fairy Tail…hmmmm this guild is not that bad after all” or something along the line . As for the predictions for the whole arc, I already mentioned it in my previous review but I will repeat it again here as I will be stating out my predictions for weekly manga chapter. So yeah, I believe this arc will be a losing arc for Fairy Tail and Zeref will be successfully revived. With the revival of Zeref, it will be the main plot for this manga as the guild and councils have to work together to bring Zeref down. Grimoire Heart, with Zeref on their hand, will rally all the other dark guilds together and there will be more uprisings of dark guilds ( I wan the story to be longer ). So yeah…that’s all for my review. Stay tuned to next week’s chapter review ” Makarov Charges!”

Posted: 27 Nov 2010 08:00 AM PST This is another “archived anime”. While enjoying the new series of anime, I believe there’s a lot of people still have not watch some old anime series due to no time or the title didn’t catch their attention at all. Beside, this is ONE-Precinct all about. Share to the world about what you like. StoryThis anime consist of two episodes. Each episode did not related chronologically with each other. Each episode have their own different storyline. But basically, the story revolved around a guy called Juzawa Ju. He have been accompanied by a little girl called Ame. They both together resolve a very ugly scene such as murder case that happening around their neighborhood. The story have a lot of ”ugly” scene for someone who love “happy” or “moe” scene because there’s a lot of blood, punch here and there inside. This is claimed as “Japanese light novel”. But the story is not that “light”. When watching Conan, the detective anime series. I can easily predict the story and the culprit behind each cases. But in Denpa Teki Na Kanojo, when I was about 100% sure who is the culprit, then I was present with the scene which proof my thinking is WRONG! That makes me enjoy the series. GraphicsThe character design will not satisfy your “lust” if you are craving for something like Azunyan, Mio or Erika… But in my opinion, the character design is very unique and original that they stands out on their own. The layout background is very satisfying. Everything was carved in satisfying pleasuring details. The lighting is right. Everything is good. My RatingsAt first, when watching the opening scene. I almost hit the button STOP. I thought this gonna be another junk and not worth my time watching. But then, there’s only two episodes of it so I say to myself…. “what a wonderful world”… eh… no… I said… Let’s just watch them. I give this anime, OVA to be exact rate; 7/10 Not that bad. Not that good. If you not agree with me. I’m ready for any discussion… Screen ShotsEpisode 1
Episode 2What Say Me?This is definitely not the genre that I wish to watch. But I try to be unbiased and overall this story is good. p/s: There’s no H scenes actually inside… sooo… you can still watch this with your parent behind your back… |
